Feeling Stuck
What do we do when we feel stuck, listless or frozen?Life is confusing and sometimes we find ourselves at a loss for what we want our next steps to be.
It can be hard to decipher why we feel certain ways. Sometimes our goals and desires can unintentionally change. Navigating these unforeseen changes can increase our stress levels and impact our quality of life. It is not uncommon to experience frustration, unhappiness, boredom and uncertainty without really knowing why.
