Life Transitions
Change is hard. Sometimes we experience sadness or aimlessness as we enter into new phases of our lives. Without tools and skills to help guide us, these transitions can feel even more difficult.
Our lives change even if we don’t want them too. It often feels scary to grow up, move away, start a relationship, end one, grieve. At times we may find ourselves avoiding the feelings that arise during life transitions. Through therapy we can learn how to explore ourselves in the midst of uncertainty all while practicing emotional safety, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Change can feel lonely but you do not have to go through it alone.
