Trauma can affect how we understand our world and view the people in it. Some experiences pass us by while others can stay stuck with us for a long time without us even knowing why.

Trauma-informed therapy moves at your pace. Many of us struggle to work through past experiences, which can affect our behaviors, attitudes and emotional well being. Together we will take as much time and space as you need to explore these experiences all while cultivating an emotionally and physically safe space for you on your journey. As your therapist, I act as a gentle guide to help you move through your narratives and together we will learn how to heal, grow and thrive.
