Sex and Kink
What is it like to feel safe and comfortable talking about intimacy? How do external pressures inform our relationship with pleasure? There are many reasons why even broaching the topic of sex feels difficult.
Sex is a normal part of life that looks and feels different for everyone. Through sex-positive therapy we will work on understanding and exploring the beliefs we hold and messages we are told about sex and our kinks and fetishes. Together we will challenge the harmful narratives that negatively impact our expression and enjoyment of the various forms of intimacy. We will learn skills that promote emotional, physical, and psychological safety as well as improve our self confidence and self-love.
